ABOUT ME

I am an Israeli writer and development worker currently based in Tel Aviv and the CEO of ARDC Israel. I was born on an Israeli kibbutz, and I grew up moving from city to city in different corners of the world. My love for literature took me to the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where I studied Philosophy and Comparative Literature. Since my early days as a student in Jerusalem, I was drawn to different social causes. I was first involved as an activist, then as an NGO worker, and I eventually acquired my Master's in Development Studies. I have since mostly worked with refugee communities in East Africa and Israel. My work took me to different countries including Uganda and Kenya, where I served as Country Director for IsraAID after co-founding the Jerusalem African Community Center.

In my free time, I try to make room for what has always been my passion - writing. My original poetry and fiction, as well as poetry translations, have appeared in various literary magazines including Arc, Caesura, and The Ilanot Review.

All work exhibited on this site, including photographs, is my own  (unless otherwise mentioned) and is subject to copyright.
